Mokoena is the Managing Director of a Specialist Telecommunications company, Thlolo Pty Ltd. Her areas of expertise include monitoring & evaluation, risk analysis, resource management and overall contract administration. Prior to her role as Managing Director, Mokoena facilitated various management development programmes.

Mumsey was awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Management at Wits Business School (WBS). She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Northwest. Her Diploma in Project Management was completed at Damelin. She is currently studying a Diploma in Telecoms Business Programme with Telecoms and Tech Academy in London.
