His exceptional ability of creating and maintaining valuable international business relationships in key economic sectors all over the world is part of what makes him an asset to any organization that he joins.

In 2''5 he co-founded Mowana Investments, a black empowerment company that held interests in various companies like Stefanutti Stocks, Business Connexion, Skygestics, Experian, amongst others.  Prior to co-founding Mowana in 2''5, Sithole was an executive director of strategy & business development at Business Connexion.

His board memberships include, but are not limited to – Business Connexion, GEDA, Gauteng Tourism, Experian and Stefannuti Stocks.  He was also the chairman of REMCO on the Stefanutti Stocks board and was recently appointed as a board member to the Vaal River City Development. He studied towards an Economics degree with the London School of Economics, but due to his deployment to African National Congress (ANC) duties could not complete this qualification.

Sithole has a firm but compassionate leadership style which has made him a successful leader for both public and private sector company roles throughout his career. His professional experience not only spans years of strategy development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, but includes a high level of crisis resolution abilities in various business rescue scenarios.

Sithole is especially passionate and knowledgeable about the following key economic sectors, Energy, Transport and Logistics, Finance, Construction and Property Development.

Along with his fellow apartheid youth activist peers, he co-founded the Vincent Tshabalala Education Trust which awards tertiary scholarships annually to hundreds of deserving underprivileged youth from Alexandra township, where he grew up.
