She is a partner in Queens Medical Supply, a company that specialises in high-quality medical supplies and related Medical Equipment.  After matriculating at Minerva in 1982, Ncube trained as a beauty technician at Mambles beauty academy and has established a 3'-year career in the hair and beauty industry as a hairdresser and supervisor at various establishments.

 She is expected to use her vast community development knowledge to help the Foundation to identify NGO’s to work with to support sustainable projects in communities and work with private donors to raise funds for various projects.
